In between, I'll be on The Live Desk with Martha McCallum & Trace Gallagher. This show is carried on the Fox News Channel which is TV and only available via satellite or cable. (It's not your local Fox affiliate. It's the channel you watch Bill O'Reilly on, not the channel that carries American Idol.) I will be on sometime around 1:30pm, so that could, theoretically, be anywhere from about 1:15 - 1:45.

Here are the pictures of The Girls that I promised.  The white one is Laverne.  She's the one who's older and flips out around Shirley.

Once again, here I am apologizing.  The weekend was insane and my grand plan to catch up on my sleep was thwarted by Laverne & Shirley.  Seems that Laverne came to us from the SPCA with a virus that she was kind enough to share with Shirley.  When we brought her home 2 weeks ago, we noticed that she was sneezing and had a little "gunk" in one eye.  Shortly after we brought her home, she started vomiting after almost every meal and we wrote it off to nerves and the move.  Long story short, by the time Sat. rolled around, both girls were just eating and puking, eating & puking........you get the picture.

So we wound up in the vet's office on Sunday & had both girls checked up and medicated with antibiotics to the tune of $350.  Thank you SPCA.  The vet also confirmed our fear that poor Laverne doesn't play well with others.  The SPCA had told us that she gets along well with other cats, but based on her interactions with Shirley that consist of primarily hissing, growling & swatting, we've determined that THAT was a big, fat fib.  And her behavior in front of the vet was embarassing to say the least.  The vet thinks she's freaked out by Shirley and may do better in a home where she's the only animal.  So we are heart-broken and are going to give it a couple more weeks and see if we can get her to interact with Shirley.  She really is a good cat and if Shirley isn't around, she's purring & loving, but we ultimately want to do what's best for her.  So sad.

On the Strategy Room front, I totally forgot to post my appearance today.  Sorry!!  I will be back on tomorrow morning at 9am, eastern time with my good bud, Ellis Henican.  After that I think I'm going to take a couple days off to get some sleep and catch up on email, laundry and all those other exciting things that have been left unattended.  You can watch by going to:  http://www.foxnews.com/strategyroom/ and clicking on the blue text to the right of the picture. 

Had a GREAT time on the Strategy Room yesterday.  About a half hour or so in to the Biz Block, the plane went down on the Hudson and news was breaking all over the place.  With hosts & guests having to leave, I wound up staying on until 6pm.  It was incredibly exciting.

Things have been a little hectic.  So crazy and last minute, that I didn't even have time to post my gigs on Fox News Radio yesterday & Thursday.  Poor Spencer was felled by the flu and didn't know from day to day whether he was going to make it on or not.

Last & certainly in no way least, we added two cats to our home.  My brother & sister-in-law got their daughters a puppy for Christmas and Doug & I puppysat for a couple days before Christmas and it pushed us in to getting another cat.  We knew wanted to get 2 cats, so we did something ridiculous and wound up adopting one cat from the SPCA and one from Feline Rescue.  Needless to say, they do NOT get along.
